Washing:
- Hand wash in cold water only.
- If you use machine, cold wash and please use the delicate, gentle, or activewear cycle.
- Do not use detergent or use a mild, liquid detergent or a specialized activewear sport wash.
- Do not use fabrics softeners permanently blocks the fabric's ability to wick away sweat and traps bad bacteria/odor inside.
- Do not soak, wash immediately.
Drying:
- Air-dry your activewear as high heat permanently destroys the synthetic fibers, ruining the fabric fit and performance.
- Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage stretch fibers and increase energy use, countering our sustainability goal.
- Do not bleach, chlorine bleach destroys fibers.
Ironing:
- Use a steam iron with caution.

- Use a Soft Measuring Tape: A flexible, fabric tape measure is essential for accurately hugging the contours of your body.
- Wear Minimal or Snug Clothing: For precision and to avoid extra bulk, measure over bare skin, unpadded underwear, or tight-fitting activewear.
- Maintain Natural Posture: Relax, stand tall, and keep your shoulders level. Avoid sucking in your stomach or holding your breath.
- Keep the Tape Level: Ensure the measuring tape remains parallel to the floor all the way around your body. It should be snug and close to the skin without compressing or digging in.
- Ask a Friend for Help: If possible, have someone else assist you. This makes it much easier to keep the tape level across your back and guarantees a more precise measurement.

Chest / Bust
- How to Measure: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, passing directly beneath your armpits and across your shoulder blades.
- Fit Tip: Keep the tape snug but not tight. This measurement is key for picking well-fitting tops and sports bras that support your every move
Underbust
- How to Measure: Place the tape directly around your ribcage, immediately below your bust. Ensure you are standing upright with your shoulders relaxed.
- Fit Tip: Make sure the tape is completely level. This measurement is critical for finding your correct bra band size.
Waist
- How to Measure: Find your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso—typically sitting just above your navel/belly button.
- Fit Tip: Wrap the tape around comfortably, keeping it parallel to the floor without pulling it too tight.
Hips
- How to Measure: Stand with your feet completely together and measure around the widest, fullest part of your hips and buttocks (roughly 20 cm down from your natural waist).
- Fit Tip: Avoid pulling the tape taut. Ensuring this measurement is accurate is key for bottoms that look and feel great during yoga flows, runs, or daily wear.
