Return & Exchange Policy
At Ansu Activewear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to make an exchange or return, please review our policy below.
Exchanges Within Hong Kong:
Exchanging an item within Hong Kong is easy and free! Just follow these steps:

Submit Your Request: Send an email to info@ansuactivewear.com with the subject line "Exchange Request + Order Number."

Return the Item(s): After you send your request, we will confirm your exchange via email and provide the return shipping address. Simply send the original item(s) back to the address provided in our confirmation email.

We'll Process Your Exchange: Once we have received and processed your returned parcel, we will fulfill your exchange order promptly.
Please Note:

Promotional Purchases: Items purchased during a promotion or sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

One Exchange Per Order: We can only process one exchange per original order. However, if the exchanged item doesn't work out, you are welcome to return it.

Stock Availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Exchanges Outside Hong Kong
While we currently cannot offer free exchanges for our international customers, we do offer an international exchange service if you are willing to cover the shipping costs.
How it works:
If you wish to exchange an item and are in a location outside of Hong Kong, please email us at info@ansuactivewear.com with your order number and the details of the item you would like. We will guide you through the process, which requires you to cover the cost of return shipping to us as well as the shipping for your new item.
Please note: All promotional purchases are not eligible for exchange, and all exchanges are dependent on stock availability.
Return Policy for Refunds
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you are able to return it for a refund.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags still attached. Proof of payment (such as your order number) must accompany the return.

Non-returnable items: All promotional or sale purchases order with discounts are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Fees for Refunds: Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For all refunds, we will deduct the return shipping expenses incurred from the total refund amount.
How do I get my refund?

Submit Your Request: Send your refund request via email to info@ansuactivewear.com. Please let us know your order number in your request email.

Return the Item(s): Send back the original items to the address given in the confirmation email from us.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and verify the quality of the items, we will deduct the shipping expenses incurred and process your refund to the original payment method used in the order.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received your items, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return. After that, it may take 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email confirmation when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
When will I receive my exchange order?
Your exchange order will be dispatched once your request is confirmed. Delivery will arrive within our usual 7-14 business days from the day your order is processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
