Shipping policy

Delivery Time:

  • Local Parcel: Delivered within 3-4 working days to Hong Kong, Kowloon, and major commercial/industrial areas of the New Territories; 3 working days to other areas.
  • Sundays, public holidays, and days with Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above are excluded from delivery timelines.

Tracking:

  • Local Parcel: Basic tracking (posting and delivery/collection) is available on the Hongkong Post website. Proof of delivery is not provided.

Delivery Arrangements:

  • Mail is delivered Monday to Friday, with express services available on Saturday. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays unless announced.
  • Items requiring signatures or too large for letterboxes receive door delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, a collection notification card is issued for pickup at designated post offices.
  • Delivery is to the address only, not the named address. Complete and correct addresses are required; undeliverable items are returned to the sender or disposed of if no sender address is provided.

Shipping Rate:

  • Hong Kong HK$40 (Free shipping for order more than HK$700)
  • For International delivery service we offer standard and express delivery. The rate is subject to location.

Customs Taxes & Duties

  • Recipient Responsibility: All customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply to your ANSU ACTIVEWEAR order are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority based on the order value and local regulations.
  • Payment: ANSU ACTIVEWEAR does not include these fees in the purchase price or shipping costs. They may be collected by the shipping carrier or customs office upon delivery.
  • Estimation: To estimate potential costs, we recommend checking with your country’s customs service before placing your order.
  • Transparency: ANSU ACTIVEWEAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, but we’ll assist with any documentation issues if contacted promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Non-Deliverable Location: We do not deliver to USA at the moment until further noticed. We will share if there is any changes in the future.
  • Non-Deliverable Area: Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery. If your address is undeliverable, we’ll notify you and offer alternative solutions or a refund.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ANSU ACTIVEWEAR is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to correct errors.
