Do you do over production?
No we avoid over produce, we are focusing on small-batch manufacturing. Producing limited quantities based on demand.
What sizes do you have?
At the moment we are focusing on Asian Fit starting from Small to Extra Large. Please check size chart before ordering.
What type of material do you use?
At Ansu Activewear, we focus on using 100% sustainable materials to create our products. Our key materials include:
- ECONYL®: A regenerated Polyamide made from recycled plastic waste, including discarded fishing nets and fabric scraps.
- REPREVE®: A high-performance fiber made from recycled industrial yarn.
We are dedicated to using these eco-friendly materials to minimize our environmental impact while providing Premium and High-quality activewear.
Can I wash in the washing machine?
We recommend following the care instructions on the label. Generally, washing in cold water in the delicate system and air-drying helps maintain the quality of the fabric.
How long does your product will last?
With proper care, our products are built to last significantly longer than fast fashion activewear, reducing waste and supporting our mission to empower women while protecting the planet. Below, we outline the expected lifespan of our activewear and factors that influence its longevity.
Can I change or cancel or return my order?
You may contact our customer service for cancelation within 24 hours. Please see shipping policy here. While we currently cannot offer free exchanges for our international customers, we do offer an international exchange service if you are willing to cover the shipping costs.
How long is the delivery?
The delivery process may vary depending on your location.
- For Hong Kong delivery takes 2-4 days.
- For International between 7-14 days.
What should I do if the size doesn't fit? How can I return it?
We have a 30 days return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ansuactivewear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ansu Activewear does not include these fees in the purchase price or shipping costs, and they may be collected by the shipping carrier or customs office upon delivery.
