- Keep it snug but not tight, and make sure the tape stays level across your back.

- Find your natural waist—the narrowest part, usually above your belly button.
- Wrap the tape around, keeping it comfy and parallel to the floor.
Hips
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips and booty, with your feet together.
- Keep the tape level and avoid pulling it too tight.
